Notice is hereby provided to all Current Full Members (including Life Members) in accordance with the NTWSA Constitution of the Annual General Meeting 2022 (“AGM”) to be held at the Darwin Ski Club, 20 Conacher Street, Fannie Bay, NT, 0820.

All Members are welcome to attend. Full Members (including Life Members) only may vote for Committee Member positions in accordance with the NTWSA Constitution. All eight (8) Committee positions are open for nomination and election.

NTWSA Committee Position Nomination Forms and NTWSA Proxy Nomination Forms are requested to be completed and returned to the Statutory Manager, Mr Dominic McCormack, by email: dominic@bowden-mccormack.com.au or Fax: (08) 8941 6366.

The Committee Position Nomination Forms are to be provided no later than 7 days prior to the AGM date, being 8 April 2023. The Proxy Nomination Forms shall be provided no later than 12 noon on Friday, 14 April 2023.

Please note only Full Members (including Life Members) are permitted to nominate another member, submit proxies or vote at this AGM.
